i don't talk a lot at clubs, except to discuss the music with my friends because i go to clubs to listen to the music and shake my booty like a mouse on cocaine.

however, when i'm not at a club you generally cannot get me to stfu and i can talk to a friendly wall if necessary.

I do actually talk pretty much once I feel "safe". I just detest small talk which is only there for the sake of saying SOMETHING, ANYTHING. I feel automatically blocked in such situations...

it's a state of mind. just recognize that small talk is your road to common ground where you can stop bullting. if you can't find the common ground, then she sucks and you can just hope she's looking to get laid.

omg so true.

why do people feel the need to fill the silence with senseless mumbling?

it's like that pulp fiction quote, "you know you found somebody special if you both can just the shut up and enjoy the silence"

Note to self:

When hitting on daffodil act like a stalker.

very true. i'm always more impressed with people when they don't feel the need to talk all the time. i talk as long as i have something to say (which tends to be a lot because my mind moves about 800 miles per second), but when i wear myself out it's nice to just shut up and not feel uncomfortable about it.
