Does a member of your family yell too much?

Seriously
My father has yelled at me, 3 times in 2 hrs for stupid bull.
First the clothes that I put in the dryer for him..ran it exactly as he wanted it to...just so I could run a load of clothes for myself. Was not dry enough and he exploded.
Next, I got an interview with a financial service company on wednesday and he exploded again because it was not good enough. I mean it's a huge industry and a job is a job....i just finished college and I am looking for work. Plus it deals with people and I love dealing with people.
Then to top all off, he goes a light is too bright in the basement, I said no ...bulb burns out..i used a 60W instead of a 40W and he goes mental....rofl...like it will affect the power bill that much plus it's his fault that he did not buy enuf light bulbs.
so anyone else have a member of your family that yells too much? |

| My family still does....first thing i shall do...get a job.pay off my debts then move out...my father tends to explode just about everyday at some stupid event. |

| My mom used to be crazy psycho. She seriously had an incredible temper tantrum and would yell all the time about nothing. One time she picked up this chair as if she was going to throw it at me ... another time she kind of tried to choke me. Pretty scary stuff desptie the fact that I was in no real danger. Oh well, that was long ago and I was a real nasty back then. It's all good now ... I blame her asianness :) |

I know exactly how you're feeling torontotrance. My mom is absolutely insane. A day doesn't go by that she doesn't yell at something and it's always over the most trivial and miniscule things too. Just ridiculous.
There's been numerous times where we just got into an all out war. I remember times when she'd chase me around with a kitchen knife when I was younger. :whip:
We just do not get along and never will, I've just grown to accept the fact that it's too late for her to change. |

no offense but ur dad seems a rite arse hole. u need to show him who is boss, and if he doesnt listen then send the boys round ;) |

actually it's now 4 times in 2 hrs..he is still mad I used a 60W instead of a 40W...roflmao...he needs to get a life. |

Never...tho I watch cops during the summer...basically till hockey starts...then it is hockey night in canada, just about every week till may.
My father should be on cops....he would be ashamed of his behavior. Then again, he just yells stupidly....he has committed no crime....cept annoying the rest of the household. He went ballistic when my mom called....she goes....get your dad on the phone.....i said dad phone.....he goes.....WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!....i said it's your wife on the phone...you deal with it. |
