yes, exactly what i was talking about in my last post, but look at the bottom, it was released by some german company, dj mystik probably doesnt have anything to do with cover design or how they like to put the tracknames on the back, so ya, if someone is to be sued, it isnt dj mystik (if you look at this cd cover), it would be the label that released it, if infact they did not get rights to the songs |

| isn't he just making these mixes for promotoinal purposes? To get his mixing skills heard. I know many DJs that do these kinds of cds to get heard and get hired to play at a party, for example. |

aww.... I started this thread LONG time ago and I am so glad to see the anti-mystik campaign is still going strong!!
dont know man, i haven't listened to this ******, or heard about this fUker for a long time! i dont give a about this fUker anymore.... he has gotten too many fans, and i dont really care what people think cuz the BEST is still the best , DJ Mystik is still the ing imposer
robstar.... dj mystik is THE internet guy. his picutre has NEVER been realesed on the intnert (you wonder why!) either he is ing fat and ugly or he knows what he is doing is wrong and he doesnt want to get sued
cheesenip.... i doubt its for promotoinal purposes. if you go to any import car show, you will see they have dj mystik cd's for sale. where does the money go to?

| not sure if im right or anything about this anti mystik campaign but are u sure hes a fake? all djs just put their own versions of the song into a cd and call it their mix. or they just take a song and dont even edit it and put it in their mix.. and i have some of his cds he puts artists names on it.. if u search up any artist ull have the same song of someone elses version also |

yeah but they get persmission and give credit to the author, Dj Mysitk doesn't, and the record company should get sued first before mysik in my opinion and then if mystik has any part in the name changing/ripping of trakcs then he should get sued also |

who does this song, I like it. Remember this guy a while back... I thought he was just a DJ playing DJ sets. Never listened much to him though, but I did like into the blue.
I remember a board where people were discussing his sets, he doesn't just do trance, but rnb/hip-hop as well, I saw all about the benjamins in one of those lists. LOL |

Oh, one more thing.
There are more than one DJ Mystik's.. at least 2. The one in the pic above is the biggest one, and he lives in California... but the one who released that "eternity 9" cd is from belgium, and he's a totally different guy.
The one in the pic above has only released "PROMOTIONAL CD'S" and therefore is not really making money from them. people can't get sued for releasing Promo's (or whitelables on vinyl) even if there is copyrighted material anyways..
He doesnt lable the track's artists on his promo CDs, because it's not necessary, he's not selling the CDs, but people get ahold of these CDs, rip them, and don't know the original artist's name, so they put it as DJ Mystik.
Then these tracks get thrown on the internet, and we have all these people on message forums like this complaining about it. |
