Not much. After a while I guess I think about the Utah Jazz, but that takes a few seconds. Oh and mormons. |

i don't want to come across as a ranting bitch, but i don't think people should judge a religion unless they know everything about it. For example, calling mormons 'crazy'. I am mormon which may be a suprise to some for i am obviously not as devout as my religion calls for. However, i still love my church and it's people and just because you don't want to practice their beliefs doesn't make it crazy. I don't say that muslims or catholics are crazy because what they practice is diffrent then me. And i should probably clear up that mormons aren't pligymists either. It is true, back in the 1800's when mormons were pionners treking across the USA they practiced pilgymy because people were constantly dying due to extreem conditions and men were constantly been killed in battle because they were an easy target and it was legal to kill mormons then. So they practiced it so single mother familys could be fed and looked after. However, when they finally settled down in what was then Unorganized Indian Territory, which is now Salt Lake City, Utah, they banned the practice of pilgymy because it was no longer necessary. There were a group of people who didn't want to stop this practice and so they were kicked out of the church. They formed a new church called the "reorganized" church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. Because the name is not trademarked, anyone can call themselves mormon. These are the people that live in huge colonies in the forest. Please do not associate these people with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Now if you want to continue to flame mormons, go ahead, but i will take it personally. |

but then i think awit, idaho is famous for potatoes,
and then i think. well all those states are all the same
and then i say the word "idaho" and i laugh
and weiner i know whatcha mean.
i grew up around alot of religious people and had a strong education in the beliefes of different religons (i'm not practicing any religon tho) and see lots of people make fun of different religons without knowing anything about them. and i always find myself explaining to them. it can be quite funny tho :p |
