Man, the members of Slipknot hate people like you. Why are they manufactured? Beacuse they wear masks? Corey (the lead singer) writes all the lyrics...not some song writer. Slipknot is one of the realest bands out there. Thier song 'Disasterpieces' is dedicated to those that say they are 'manufactured', the first line of that song is: 'I wanna slit your throat and the wound'... |

Slipknot is ing terrible. Wait And Bleed is an alright song, but the rest is utter . The songs suck, have poor construction, don't take much skill to play, and sound retarded. They have very little skill. I don't give a if the singer writes the songs, big deal. 95% of all the bands in the world write their own songs.
KoRn and Deftones are almost as bad. I hate them too.
Americans trying to do metal is pathetic. I love Scandenavian black metal, (Opeth, Dimmu Borgir, In Flames, Old Man's Child...) but any of the crap that comes out of america just sucks. |

Corey = one of the best writers currently with slipknot and with stonesour
Mick = one of the best guitarists
Joey = one of the best, if not 'the best' drummers.
oh and slipknot is not black metal , but heavy 'nu' metal.. |

Actually slipknots drummer is very skilled with the drums, he's probably the one with most instrumental skills in the band.
I like about 3 songs they made, wait and bleed, left behind, spit it out. |

Just because it doesnt sound pleasant to your ear, and because you dont like it doesnt make it bad. You maybe cant relate to it, but very few people can relate to heavy metal anyways. So keep your comments to yourself, and only state them in an opinonated manner if you're gonna bash. |
