Rumour Mill: GUV closing in 2004?

I heard through the rumour mill here at work that the Guvernment is going to be closing and replaced with Condos (<--- why the hell they'd do that is beyond me considering the glut we have already).

Anyone else hear of such a thing? :confused:

Not happening...there is a land development freeze because of the waterfront restoration. at this time you can not put up residential there.

That doesn't mean that the developers can't buy the land and close the club though.
