i was wondering how your workout goes... right now im all over the place, running, doin legs, arms, chest, abs.. and i kindda want to get a routine going
any help? |

i dont eat much, and wen i do is usually soup, cottage cheese and jelly.. that is my daily diet, with some Wendys or Sushi every once and again... so i do eat healty, btw i want to lose weight.. lose lose and lose weight |

If you wanna lose weight just watch what you eat and do lots of cardio. Do high reps and low weight in the gym to build muscle endurance and get toned without gaining a lot of muscle mass. Swimming laps is the best! :)

| If you want to bulk up and gain more muscle then there's 2 ways of doing it. U can either do a full body workout about 3 times a week where every bodypart gets worked on the same day. Or you can create yourself a split where you only work each muscle group once a week. |

start a split. i dont know how many days you can work out, but dont workout more than 4 days a week. your gonna overtrain. try this...
mon-chest, biceps
tues-legs
wed - off
thurs- back, triceps
friday - shoulders
no more than 10 or so sets per bodypart. i dont believe in volume training, but people respond to different schemes.
cardio 3-4 times a week, slowly build up to at least 1 and 1/2 hours. start at 45 min or so. keep the carbs low, the protein up, and the calories down. fat should be essential fatty acids (good fat). |
