I'm sure he wasn't ing with me since were were at a drag strip that costs money to race on. The guy obviously didn't know how to driv his car well. 6.5 aint , but I don't need to blow up my stock engine. New engine will be 8/15psi on the switch. |

No im just curious how his motor with less then half the boost of a stock SRt-4 has somehow surpassed there quarter time of 13.9 by 2 full seconds..
8-15 PSI aint and it certainly wont get you into the 12's.. Your going to need at least 22 PSI to see those numbers on the STOCK engine. Not to mention how much youll have to guy your car. |

I own a 67 Mustang 351W modified enought to push 300hp, a 98 Neon that will be NA running high 13s, and a turbo neon (the one I beat all the cars with running 6.5psi on a stock engine, axle, and clutch, and no slicks) that will be in the low 12s after I put a built engine in, along with 4 other cars, and a bike. All paid for by me working.
Also btw, Len was selling his 10 second power train setup (motor, trans, all fuel system, clutch) for $7000. I bought Neons as cheap as $200 with bad engines. Buy blown engine neon for $1000, put $7000 powertrain set up, and have $2000 left over for suspension and whatnot. Thats 10s for aroung $10k. |
While I hate to play the grammar nazi card you uhh.. quite simply asked for it. Lets see here, will be, indicated a FUTURE state and then the acronym after it "NA", while maybe in some other languages which i'm not aware of you put adjectives describing a noun earlier in the sentence there, [but] you most certainly do not in english. The two obvious choices for revision are
a.) A NA 98 Neon that will be running high 13s.
b.) A 98 Neon that is NA and will be running high 13s.

Using the lower case doesn't change the meaning of a sentence the word is used in nor does it interrupt the flow :) However, putting NA right in the middle of a sentence, does :) |
