| am i the only one that hasn't had a problem with rapid air express? i've ordered from dancegrooves twice since they've added a new courier, and both times my records have gotten here within a week, 7 days at most. , i had to wake up at 8am to answer the door to recieve the damn package...ah well... |

i just put another order thru only-djs to try it out this time.. lets hope rapid air doesn't screw up my order this time like they did on my last two dancegrooves orders...

| HOLY !, these retards at Rapid Air enjoy in with me don't they, this is the third fricken time this has happened but this time it is with only-djs instead of dancegrooves, now i know the PROBLEM is rapid air! and for crying out loud!, i even emailed Pascal to specifically remind him to make sure it gets to me! What is the situation at the moment ?
I don't hear many complaints.
So it seems, Rapid Air doesn't it up anymore.
They never did !!!
They only had some start up problems.
Please forgive them !!
If you have any questions about a shipment you can also contact the customer service from Skynet.([email protected]) and ask for Chantal.
They handle almost all our shipments.

I'm no longer complaining because I stopped buying from there and stopped using rapid air. The amount of money it costs for shipping just isn't worth it... I can shop somewhere else, pay less for shipping and still have my records show up in 5 days. |

| I bought from dance grooves through rapid air and I got my order confirmation on a thursday and monday my package was at my door, they even phoned me to confirm my address. I didn't even get service like this from a local online store. I think it might be a North american customs problem. |

More of Canadian thing, and Customs have nothing to do with it. It's Rapid Air's partner in Canada. |
