so whats the new low down on this situation, who has order records last week from only-dj's and dancegrooves?.. has the packages successfully made it through? i just placed an order from only-dj's on sunday... so i hope i get my stuff without any hassles..

You used the right one... Rapid Air is now dealing with FED EX (woohoo!) in Canada. I had a package from only-djs delivered to me in 3 days... with no problems at all!!! The order (9 records) was sent out March 1st and was delivered by March 3rd!!! Very fast now.

Besides that, I'm starting to be a keen TranceAddict fan, due to the fact this side offers extended info on the music we love most and in addition gives me the possibility to communicate with you!

Concerning DanceGrooves.com Shipping:

Canada situation is totally solved and all is clear again.
Indeed Rapid switched to FedEx in the US/Canada region on our request.

Prices have not changed for FedEx use, meaning DanceGrooves shipping for USA and Canada still is:

1-6 VINYLS E15.90
7-21 VINYLS E24.90

We wish to offer you our sincere apologies for the mess and frustration the former partner FB has created for both you and us.
All customers whose situation is not all clear yet, please report to my email and we will settle it asap.

I think you can ask darkevil what that usually means.

We are online for 5 years now, and always have been in top 3 of all online record stores. The only way we can prove to you there was and still is a reason for that is:

Hi everyone,

I know there were to many problems with the shipments from the Netherlands to the USA, Canada and Norway.
The main reason for this is the fact that we and our partners had to use the cheapest way of shipping.(your shipping rates are low)
We also didn't get the support from some offices we expected.
When you are a big company like Airborne Express , you also don't have all those problems at the customs, etc like we have.
I can tell you all a lot more about all this, but I don't think you want that.
We are now trying to find a better way of shipping without any delays, custom problems, etc.
I think we will use the other company between now and two weeks !
The momeny we start with one of them, I will let you know !
For now, please don't blame the online vinyl record shops in Holland for the problems.
Trust me, everything will be much better very soon !

Our partner has used the mail for all the shipmenst in february and march.
That didn't work and now we are using Fedex again.
The transittimes are now for Canada and the USA 2-3 days.

I placed an order for 11 records recently on a Monday and I got them that Thursday. I chose Rapid Air and I was really impressed. I live in San Antonio, Texas and got my shipment really fast. I've had no problems to date.

Damn Rapid air courier sucks!
Try to fix your delivering in Finland too. Airbone
delivered records less than 48h. I placed an order
21.3. and it was shipped 23.3.
And since 24.3. they are keeping my records in Helsinki.

So I played my gig on last weekend with no new records
and THAT SUCKS!

Fix your delivery RAC or else Dancegrooves looses too many
Finnish customers. :( Damn good shop, but when delivery
sucks there is no need to go shopping there anymore.
