All problems are solved as said, we use FedEx for canada now, which works fine.

Concerning finland, no problems at all there. Every once in a while, customs pick out a package to check wether stated value and goods are corresponding with the content of the package.

So if you did not get your package, contact us so we can solve it instead of posting here.

So I just got my order from Dancegrooves. It came quick but the shipping is too expensive($25 CDN for up to 6 records) and now that they have teamed up with Fedex, Fedex collects the Customs Duty fee and the gst/pst(which i'm fine with) but then Fedex also wants an additional $7 for an FOD fee :whip: So it's basically $32 to ship over here, that's insane!!!!!

i ordered records from dancegrooves over a week ago. still haven't gotten anything yet. i have ordered from them b4 and received it within 5 days. this time its taking extra long. honestly.. the only place i can trust now is chemical and juno. they always get it to me in under 5 days max

mm i'm startin to notice longer delivery times from stores including juno and hooj. I think its the mail carriers fault tho

couple of days is extra long? bit harsh to suddenly say u cant trust them anymore... my orders from dancegrooves have been coming really fast thursday -> monday (im in australia) only problem being is the cost for shipping (bout $35USD) which means i cant order from them as much as id like to.

only place i avoid now is only-djs. my second order with them went missing and everytime i tried contacting them they started to help me then when i sent an email explaining what had happened they just ignored me. $160 i lost, never again. :(

oh and yeah shipping from uk stores has slowed down a bit lately for me as well.. only a day or two tho doesnt bother me much.

geez for all these shipping costs it would be easier to get final scratch and buy cds......smaller easier to ship probably and dont break as easily and if you cant get something on cd email the artist and buy it directly usaully you can find the small ones on TA ...and the big ones should be selling there stuff on cds anyway..

Some of the best tunes out there are only available on white labels. I don't know that I could give up vinyl, either. I love it too much.

Yes, I'm very familiar with it, but I wouldn't use it. I have no interest in it whatsoever.

I now have a problem again with DAncegrooves!!! For the third ing time, I have to go through this !!!! Why the is FB Canada Express calling my house to tell me they have my order of records!!!! Now I have to go through this again!!! The problem was suppose to be fixed and Rapid Air with Fed Ex... FB CAnada shouldn't even have my records!!! Just change your shippers completely!!! This is bull!!!! I know from now on your store is not one to be trusted. It's bad enough you guys decide to ship my order 4 days after it was made and then charge me so much money for shipping that's suppose to be express, meanwhile, if I made an order with chemical-records.co.uk (who doesn't use express) it would've came to my house in the same time with no hassles at all. Try fixing the problem permanently!!!

What happend to dealing with FED EX in Canada, and if you stopped dealing with them then why the would you go back to FB Canada Express?????? This is the most expensive service I have EVER had to deal with. If you guys are still dealing with FED EX then tell them to get MY RECORDS from FB Canada Express immediately!!!

We do not use FB express !!
Maybe our partner (Skynet) has made a mistake.
That can happen, so please don't react this way !
I will try to find out what happened for you !
We only use Fedex for Canada and the USA !

yea... i ordered from dancegrooves about a week ago, and my status on the website has remained at accepted and processed for the last 5 working days. even after writing an e-mail, i have not received one word of response from them. i'd like to know wuts going on and when my records are coming. this is wack.
