valt mee toch, imm had ook maar 9 nummers. ik vind het juist wel beter, krijg je tenminste allemaal lange versies:) |

Waarom is er geen Nederlandse release party (of nog niet) bekend. De eerst volgende Nederlandse gig is tijdens Parkpop (wellicht de officiele release van zijn cd). Krijg steeds meer de indruk dattie het publiek vergeet waarmee het allemaal begonnen is, het party/clubberpubliek wel te verstaan. |

Inderdaad. Ik vind het eerlijk gezegd ook erg gek dat de nieuwe single eerder op de radio en cdsingle is dan op vinyl. Zegt toch wel iets over de manier waarop hij bezig, daar ben ik een beetje terleurgesteld in eerlijk gezegd |

exactly, het lijkt wel of t em nie meer boeit dat ie zn fans verliest en alleen zn commerciele peepz overhoudt, die bij de 1e de beste volgende hype dj weer weg zijn. Ik dacht dat ie single de komende weken wel exclusief bleef, ben je er al mee doodgegooid op o.a. 538. Goed bezig Tijs!
Ik verwacht veel van dit album, maar eerlijk gezegd is t wel zn laatste kans om mij als liefhebber te behouden, want na een aantal slechte sets en commerciele activiteiten twijfel ik erg sterk :sadgreen: :rolleyes: |

Tiësto launches new artist album ‘Just Be'
Tiësto presents his new artist album ‘Just Be' in different countries and cities during the coming months. So far release parties are scheduled for Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, the UK, North America and Spain.

The presentation in the Netherlands will take place in the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam on the 20th of May. After successful tours in South America and Asia, Tiësto finally touches base with a first gig in The Netherlands after months of absence. The event is called Tiësto presents “Just Be”. The DJ-set of Tiësto will be based on the tracks of his new album. During this set he will be accompanied by U.K. based singer Kirsty Hawkshaw on PA., who has made a great contribution to the album. Kirsty, well known for her hit record “A fine day” with OPUS III teamed up with Tiësto and delivered the vocals for “Just be” and “Walking on clouds”.
Unlike the Dutch Dimension (Tiësto Solo 02.02.2002) gig, Just be is not going to be a solo performance by Tiësto, he will be supported by various dj's from his record label, Cor Fijneman, Ton T.B., Mark Norman , Montana and Le Blanc.
Tickets are available as from April 10th on the following addresses:

-The bigger postal offices nationwide, VVV's and GWK's
-Selected dance recordstores and the well know presale addresses
Besides of the Netherlands, Tiësto will also perform on international scheduled release parties of “Just Be”.He will hit Germany on the 14th of May, performing at “The Bunker” in Hamburg. The day after he will play in Slagthuset in Malmö, Sweden.
The UK will have their own release party weekend on the 21st and 22nd of May. The 21st Heaven in London will be attended, 22nd it's the Academy in Manchester's turn to have Tiësto behind the decks. Both release parties will be supported by Kirsty Hawkshaw on P.A. and a few of his recordlabel's own DJ's, Cor Fijneman, Ton T.B. and Mark Norman.
The whole month of June it's North America time! Tiësto has planned a big ‘Just Be' tour. As from the 2nd until the 27th Tiësto will be touring throughout the whole US and Canada. Keep your eyes on the schedule on the website for the final dates and venues, these will be published soon!
July is scheduled for a release weekend in Spain. Tiësto will be performing in 2 of the bigger venues in Spain, Pacha and Fabrik . The 16th is reserved for a “Just Be” party in Pacha in Barcelona, one of the coolest venues of Barcelona at the moment. The 17th Tiësto will appear in Fabrik in Madrid, currently one of the best venues in the whole of Spain. Both nights will feature Kirsty Hawkshaw on P.A, and will be supported by local DJ's.

Ach, dit komt toch wel gewoon vol, wedden?
Ondanks dat mensen het hier maybe niets meer vinden etc. Hij heeft toch een naam. En je publiek laten schieten? Iedere keer als hij iets nieuws doet hoeft dat toch niet altijd in NL te zijn? Wij zijn ECHT niet de grootste markt meer tegenwoordig. Kan je wel uit ethische overwegingen maybe hier beginnen, maar dat doet toch niemand meer. Het gaat om geld....... de ethiek en het mooie van de housescene is al jaren dood, toen het grote graaien begon.
Wel raar dat er meerdere 'official' releaseparties zijn :o :rolleyes:
Oh en ik ben hier niet bij, maar dat wisten de meesten denk ik al wel :)

Ik ga hier 95% zeker wel bij zijn ja, ISOS3 party was toen echt mega gezellig oa ook dankzij Chinaboy, Jappio, Yarnie en iedereen van TA die er toen ook was :D
Die 5% onzekerheid hangt nog van de verassing van m'n vriendin af, die is weer ergens mee bezig maar laat niks los... vrouwen :rolleyes: :haha: :happy2: |
