| I checked and there is both a mitte ibis hotel and there is an ibis hotel called the alt renickendorf. can someone who knows which ibis hotel it is post? I dont want to end up going to the wrong one. |

You need to get the train from the airport to ALEXANDERPLATZ, which I think is the train S9. I've got a map of where you need to go below. The first red arrow next to the green S is the train station which you will have gotten off at, and the second red arrow towards the top right of the map is the hotel Ibis. I think.. :toothless

It's a lot easier to take the subway to Senfelderplatz and walk from there:
That being said you'll prolly have to go to Alexanderplatz to get the subway regardless. |

A great weekend ... sorry we didn't get a chance to party with you guys at LfA - apart from saying hi in the courtyard.
What did you do Saturday/Sunday? I hit up New Kids on Acid (Sammy Dee, Richie Hawtin & Ricardo Vilalobos back-to-back) with a couple of GTAs - Overseas & Frode, plus Lisa (American) and her friend over from NY (Krystle). That was one sick party - Richie & Ricardo didn;t even come on till 6am and then proceeded to destroy the house for the next 6 hours ... uh.
And as for the parade itself - I agree - HOW GOOD WAS THAT!! THe energy and the vibe was amazing - better than last year. "Alter Ego - Rockers" - CHOON! |

That was without a doubt the best weekend of my life. Everything was just incredible, the music, the vibe, the people, the organization of the practical stuff, everything. Thanks to all of you for making this weekend the best time of my life, especially Rick and Lam for making me laugh all the way back to the hotel after the parade, and Toni for immense work on organizing the whole Ibis ordeal and for giving me additional heart poundage at the Parade itself  Hope to do this again some time!
Oh yea, someone please pass me Toni's address, I have her Ipod charger + some clothes that she forgot in the hotel room. |

I definetly concur with Sand Leaper... BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE.
Sorry for all the caps but it seriously was. I mean seeing PVD for a total of around 16 hours or so. Hearing We are We four times. And chilling with people who are as big as trance addicts as I am made it all that much sweeter.
LFA - PVD was ing amazing in Berlin, he didnt play the poppy he plays in the states, and rocked the house.
NU NRG - The reason I went on this weekend didnt let me down either. Hearing two remixes that no one else has heard (U2 remix and Suburban train remix) HIGHLIGHT OF MY NIGHT.
Tiesto - Set didnt really have a flow but the tracks were banging and Tiesto was having a hella of a time
PVD final set, missed alot but still started off stellar and i hear it ended the same as well
Loveparade was also as good if not better. Even though i did lose the group and barely showed up in time, right before the music started. (After getting 5 wrong directions) The fact that we were walking and seeing my fav Group NU NRG and hearing some killer tracks of PVD.
And to top it all off just chilling with the Aussies and the UKTA's at night getting wasted.
Also PVD at the Sports center was a great way to end the weekend.
Once again Best Weekend Ever.
Thanks to everyone invovled, it wouldnt have been as sweet without you guys... and girls. |
