Quote of the weekend - 'There's waaaaaay too much serotonin flying around in this train carriage'. Cant remember who said it, but it was f*ckin funny at the time :D

| i just don't know where to start with saying this, really i don't. i think it was possibly the best weekend of my life and i really mean that. much better than last year. and i have only you lot to thank for that. i wish we were still there, with everyone that was in Berlin that weekend. i am just blown away. nothing, absolutley nothing went wrong. (jan, i will sms you my address, thanks for picking them up :) ) thank you everyone :D :) ;) |

Well, i will have to go with the flow and say it was one of the best weekends of my life to date. It goes alongside my experience at the 2002 Parade.
It was a laugh to meet all the international TA's...they can party as hard as the UKTA's :toothless getting wrecked in the hotel room on saturday night was fun!
Love From Above, was great, but comparable to the Vandit Nights that we attend every now and then.All DJ's played great sets...Tiesto's mixing and tune flow was...interesting :stongue: but the tunes themselves were excellent. Nu NRG blew the roof off as always!
The actual parade was something else! This was a demonstration against the beaurcrats in germany who wanted to take something away from the people of berlin, and they failed. To take part in a demonstration for a cause worth fighting for ( off Mayday demonstrators! :whip:) is truly great. Walking and dancing the streets of berlin was a hell of a lot more fun than being bumped and jostled on the Tiergarten. The vibe and atmosphere were infinetly better than 2 years ago.
A great weekend was had. Thanks to all the people i was with and the music that was played...
I LOVE YOU ALL (there goes the seratonin again :tongue2 )

Doesn't mean it's the last Vandit night ever. Still, we should all try making it down there, as Paul and the rest of the Vandit posse will deffo make something special out of it.

They will just move to another venue somewhere in Berlin. Vandit night's have outgrown Casino anyway, it's far to small.. It'd be mint if they re-opened up the old E-Werk. :crazy: although I doubt that will happen. Either way i'm sure they'll still choose a cool new venue. |
