God almighty. That's about it. Was too crowded on the bottom floor, but there was WAY more than enough room on the 2nd floor. Nonstop dancing on the 2nd floor to Ferry's left if anyone walked by or looked over. Had a white longsleeve t on. Um.... let's see. Everyone went CRAZY for Rock Your Body, Rock...... Punk.... I almost came when I heard Fearless... was nice to hear Indigo too... Oh shish... and uh.... yeah yeah, Right of Way was wonderful as well... Had to leave at 5 because my friend was mad tired. Wish I coulda stayed longer. Just, wow..... Nonstop energy from the man, gotta love him.

OMFG I DIE :D :D :D ferry's set was just so much more rocking and FUN. pictures to come soon! dammit i messed up the shots where he was pointing to my camera :(

Corsten was amazing. He played alot of uplifting and great trance tunes the whole night. Corsten and Armin are so much better then PVD. PVD needs to stop with this Electro and tech he's playing.

The place was so packed. I dont think Avalon is large enough for Ferry. I couldn't move an inch on the main floor. The main dance floor isn't that large.
With Exit having new management, I would love to see Ferry there on a Friday.

i thought this set was nothing to write home about. i actually thought it was pretty dull, except for the techno tunes at the end. i hate ligaya so much. hahah.

but maybe it was because i went to ARC right after and lived the Danny Howells experience till 10am. Now that was insane!!!!

OMG I god as if I wasn't owned already for FERRY @ GLOW in Dec.27

Well I got to Avalon around 10pm Wow coming from VA with 2 Freinds Intelligent77 (Josy) and a friend. This was my first time ever to NY so it was pretty cool. :D I was like Wow Avalon looks freakin awesome, the DJ Booth looks like one big metal mask. Ferry start playing 1am but he completey stop the record that was playing from the previous DJ. I guess knew he stop everything that would have got everyones attention but the place went bonkers  lol.

Well for the first or so it was really crowd in some spots. So like the bottom was like kinda pointless everyone going through so dancing was kinda of diffcult. So me and peeps went around the whole place looking for somewhere to chill and to my suprise we end behind the DJ Booth. It was hot in there. Well after chilin there for some time I made my way to the front in the bottom floor and to my surpise I see POD (Indy) and Lunasea and then Brian :toothless . I was like where is all the NYTA's when I got there. Then Lunasea told most of you got trashed from PVD :whip: .Well now to Ferry Sets OMG He lay the smackdown ,damn so tried to rememeber most the tracks as I just got home from NY.
Now here is the tracks I do know and these are not in order and correct if I am wrong

Kyau Vs. Albert - Velvet Morning (Mirco de Govia Remix)
Ferry Corsten - Indigo
Ferry Corsten - Right Of Way
Ferry Corsten - Punk
Rock Your Body
Ferry Corsten - Out Of THe Blue??
Ferry Corsten - Cry (Some Remix)??
Angelli & Nelson Presents Ultra - Holding On To Nothing (Deep Mix)

Well I did wanna hear some tracks and did he play

WOW!... what an amazing night.. I was almost too excited to right a review now that I'm back..

WELL FIRST BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JOSE!! thats why we went on this trip!!

We road tripped up to NYC a little late, but got there pretty much right at 10pm... (all's good).. had no problems with parking or guestlist.. but was sticker shocked at the toll's.. we spent a lot of $$ on tolls! sheesh!!

We were AMAZED at the club.. WOW... what an interesting place.. I've never seen a club anything like it!.. and then we found skytrancegirl, glittergirl & jersey girl.. and there was this old man dancing on the main floor.. and he WHIPPED OUT HIS TAP SHOES>>>> hehehe.. awesome!.. and jersey girl joked that he was her boyfriend.. and i joked that we'd have to fight over him!! I think he had to be in his 70's!!

And No offense to any NYTA's out there.. but my friend Ting joined us.. and he was up to battling! And i adore watching him dance! but there really weren't too many peeps there with skills.. even worst!.. the gay dudes who did battle him.. didn't battle fair and even though their boy sucked!! they pushed ting out of the way.. but later I saw them come give him a pat on the back!.. ALL IN ALL>. we're bringing our own dance talent next time.. LOL

Ferry ROCKED!! he finally came on and we were all excited and we were trying to find a dance spot on the ain floor where we could see.. MAN that place is really small. i thought it would be bigger.. it was cool.. pretty and really different to me.. but smaller than i expected!!

When punk came on we finally saw politicsofdancing, Lunasea, and vtec with some more new TA's I hadn't met before, but couldn't hear their names in the midst of all that was going on!!

My best time of the night dancing was with INDY on the main floor! I love doing the dancing in circles around someone thing! We're your just doing your own thing but keep moving around each other as you do it!! THANKS!!! I needed a good taste of home grown dancing!!

I simply had a blast!!.. the gay dudes were a little annoying! but who cares!!

Thanks to joanna, amy, janet, indy, dani, brian, ting, jose for one of the best nights ever and for my first trip to an NYC club being AMAZING!!

Tonight was a prime example of what i love most in the scene.. having a great time just dancing and enjoying one of my favorite dj's with a bunch of friends!! Awesome night peeps!! thanks again!!
