As for the girls, get used to it. The average Thai girl is about 5'2 and looks at least 4 years younger than she actually is. Same goes for a lot of other Asian girls. I know one from Vietnam who will probably need an id to buy liquer until she's in her 30's :D

As for the girls, read up on it. They may not be legal and they may not be there on their own free will. (do you care?)

The fact that you get excited over going to Thailand for sex is disgusting.

Last time I did this, we quickly established a house rule that no girl was ever allowed to wear any piece of clothing except her sandals. That, plus our other rule that every girl had to in some appropriate way or another earn her food before every meal, turned the stay in a rather pleasant one, thank you."

I think this is SICK
Exploiting girls for your fantasy...i mean that is seriously perverse.
Sounds like a great holiday

To address some of the concerns expressed above... first things first. I noticed an interesting pattern emerging which consists of several people assuming things and then criticizing me based on their own assumptions. Example of this being Skipper saying i'm going to Thailand for the sex.

Where exactly did that come from? I'm going to Thailand because it's a paradise. Because instead of cold, dirty streets they have warm sunny beaches. For someone my age, i've got quite a few responsibilities so believe it or not, i look forward to spending a week or two in a place where i can just stop caring and enjoy myself.

There are a million things i wanna do there, and visiting some of their world-renowned massage parlours is definitely one of them. Is that the reason i'm going there? No. They've got massage parlours in Toronto, and i've never even been. But it's just one of the things i'm planning to do to make my stay there as enjoyable as possible.

And i mean really, some of you people need to seriously lighten up. How did a thread about a vacation in paradise turn into a discussion about slavery and the like? Listen, if you really want to, you can find something negative to say about every single thing in the world.

How many natives died so that the land your house was built on could be colonized and sold to the housing developer centuries later? How many hours did it take enslaved children in India to make that carpet on the floor? What was it like for the Hong Kong sweatshop workers to get you those Nike's? What species had to go extinct so that you could wear that fur coat?

See what i'm trying to say? There's a negative side to everything and if that's all you're focused at, that's what your life is gonna be like. Negative and full of resentment. So try to do what i do, focus on the positive instead. Have fun in life, don't hurt anyone in the process and it'll be a good life. End of discussion.

I skimmed through that factbook, a link of which was posted here earlier. I'm speechless. I had no idea this was going on. I mean, obviously shady things go on in Thailand just like they do everywhere else, but i didn't know this was going on at this scale. Why the hell doesn't the government there do anything about this? Alright, i'm now seriously reconsidering this whole thing. If the situation really is that bad in Thailand, i think i'll just stick to the beaches and stay the the hell away from the girls.

this is wrong and I don't know where to start.

THANK YOU.

D!abolic, your initial post, and even your subsequent posts, mention sex and girls and massage parlours as a factor in your decision to go. To me, that's just desperate. Find yourself a girl here - one that you don't have to pay for. (or are you not having any luck with that?)

I hope you really are reconsidering it.
