Chill out people. Stuff like this happens every day. Does anyone care? no! You seriously think some lawyer is gonna take that case??? lol good luck.
I got physically assaulted by a security guard in my high school and I was the same way. I wanted to sue the school and all that bull. I even called several newspapers offering them a story. Nobody gave a flying about it.
Seriously...school officials are pricks but you're not gonna win with them. You guys are talking about the search warrents, but the fact is that they don't need it. They can always say that they saw you acting suspicious and they figured you were on drugs. That laptop incident is still a mystery to me. Drugs in your laptop? That's a first.
I know how u feel but you just have to chill out. Talk to your parents and maybe they can take some action and give them at least. Anyways good luck with everything. |

u can seal drugs inside the hard drive, the laptop of course wont work as the HD is filled with coke or whatever...
the hard drive has an air-tight seal innit? how the hell can sniffer dogs sniff that out?
or imagine if the dog accientally snorted some coke...think of how funny that would be...i would laugh my arse off haha :D |

If you put the drugs in an air tight sealed HD wouldn't the seal be broken and no longer be air tight?

| If you were to open up an hdd and store coke in it, then there would be microscopic particles that would stick around the hdd that the drug dog could easily sniff out. They're trained like hell to be better then your average dog. I mean, the one for our county was trained in Germany. GERMANY, that says it all. |

I believe it's state to state- But most schools- they can search your locker whenever they want. They dont need a warrant. |

when you hired the locker you probably had to sign something right?
there is probably some rule in there that gives school permission to search your locker.. thats what it was at my old school.. but the cops do not have the right to take your pc and ask you for your password with out a warrent
but most likely.. your gonna lose this, school and the cops always win.. i mean.. what are you gonna do about it.. nothing
