| ok im at school and they teachers just go to the locker without my permission and take my backpack then like 20 mins later they call me into the office and they are going through all my stuff, there were like 4 cops in there too, after they go through everything and tear it apart they take my laptop and are like we need to search this to see if there are drugs hidden in it and we need your password to get on your computer. I didn’t tell them, but omg this whole thing is pissing me off, so I get back to my class (its computer apps) and everyone was like looking at me and I was like wtf does everyone know or something, but dude I didn’t even have anything in my bag but my laptop, cell phone, pens, pencils, paper and homework. And then the teacher is all yelling and me and I was like “shut the up” and walked off, now I have 3 days of ISS, thanks for listening to me complain, I just had to get my anger out |

That's pretty serious! I'd get the parents involved or I'd at least speak up for myself saying I was injustly searched without proper cause and that I do not deserve any form of punishment resulting in negative outbursts because of the situation ( telling the teacher STFU .... it's gonna take humility but just tell them you're sorry you were pissed cause of what just happened bla bla bla )
Depending on your previous school history you can get out of this with nothing or you're just going to get stuck with your punishment and they won't let you go. |

You been downloading ilegal porn ehh ? lol, yeah the cops can search ya locker, you could always say u had legal docuements in there and then there warrent becomes void, as they need special warrent from the federal goverment to search legal papers, doctors notes etc, for the cops to come into ya school someone has snitched on you, its very rare cops make mistakes, i recommend you get drive crypt 1028 bit milatry encrytion lol. |

| Cops can NOT search your locker and/or bag without a warrant (Unless there was visible evidence of something illegal sticking out from either). Get on their asses and make your school and the cops look bad! |

Im just the person who just sits in class, does talk much I only get detentions for being tardy after lunch, but my gpa is a 1.75 because I don’t do my homework. Most the teachers like my, cept for the ones whose class I am sitting right by my close friend jase in, they we talk and mess around but otherwise I have a good school history |

i think the teachers/head master is aloud to go through your stuff. the cops are not. but if the cops were mearly there when the teacher was going through then its fine.
tough break but its happened to heaps of my mates before when i was at school.
just remember stay one step ahead of the game :p |

teachers/pigs have no right to search thru any of ur stuff unless they have solid suspiction or a warrant to search.
basically, if the pigs dont flash a little piece of paper, u can tell them to off. |

they should have given you or your parents like a rule book of sorts at the beginning of the year, this should detail whether they can or cannot. It is school property so I would think they can search it.
but a password for your computer, to search for drugs...lol, what drug programs....
there is no way they can search through your computer files withotu a warrant specifying what they are looking for....and I would think that would aply to your backpack.....but whatever.
I remember my high school would always have drug dogs running through sniffin lockers, it was funny that they picked out a jock and searched through his lunch, poured out some juice he had....all for nothing....
fun times....you should consult a lawyer. |

im sure if they are suspicious then they can. it has happened to friends of mine. its no so much them going through your stuff as they get you to go through it with them watching.
might be differant in diff countries tho |
