| i'm guessing it's not a rule of the Constitution because teachers and cops have searched backpacks and lockers, especially over one VERY big bomb threat scare back in high school(we've had several bomb threats, but none as big as this one). Cops even pulled kids out of class to interview them, and most of these people were just regular friendly students. |
