Octave one - Blackwater ???

is it just me or it truly doesn't sound like jeff mills ??

Anyway i hope to be there next time he's in town !!

detective you
maybe he could do some nice stuff with 3 tables, but I prefer 2 tables and no up mixes..cause there was a couple for sure...

I think some of you are being a bit hard on him.. yes.. he had some screw-ups.. but I mention it just to point out that it was not a flawless set, not because his performance still wasn't en GREAT!! :D

I wasn't digging his tracks all that much at times, but overall I was quite impressed.. had some moments for sure!! and almost 4 hours.. pretty decent amount for him too. nice to hear some of the classix.

Not often so many of my Ottawa tech-heads come out, so that made it even better. :)

so the infamous Jeff Mills doesn't live up to his name!:whip:

HUH??

I dunno about that... some people think he is more godly than others, so maybe they expect more from the man.. but I personally felt impressed by him.. I would have preferred the set to be a bit more bangin', but that's just personal taste. I also haven't seen applause like that after a set in awhile.

It was great to finally see him @ Aria. :D

Ya.. and I am still reflecting on it... :P

It is one of the most memorable sets I have seen in years.. hands down.. speedy j left me with that kind of impression.. and a few other shows. Still doesn't mean I expect 'perfection' from every dj, every night. He did his job.. nooooooo doubt. ;)

The Last time ALEC was stoked for a DJ set was when ATB and Darude teamed up in Amsterdam;)
