BTW - what do you guys mean by asian girl/boy ? ... cause here in london i've been tought that asians are all the pakis and indian ppl, not japas, chinese ect.
Or are all of them asians ?
Cause in portugal asian (asiatic) refferes to chinese, japanese, korean ... etc.

Cheers :) Yeah, people usually think she's younger: my brother thought she was 16, meanwhile even I thought she was 18/19. But she's really down-to-earth and mature, which is more usual as people get older :)

They're all Asians :) As far as I know, anyone who comes (or have ancestors) from Asian countries, is considered Asian :)
Here we don't use the term Asian though: we might call them japs, hindus, pakistanis, chinese... but we hardly ever say Asian because, let's face it, it's a bloody huge continent and this term is very vague :p
Nevertheless, I wouldn't consider my girlfriend Asian, as she's culturally as European/South-American as I am. |

cheers , thats what i thought , but i've been told something different and wasn't sure cause in Portugal we don't generalise, and in our language there's no translation for asian ( "asiaticos" maybe)
And i asked this after seing her pic cause i remembered other posts i've read b4 talking about asian girls ... there are so many kinds os asians that i thought it doensn't make sense. |
