Edit: And seriously, what the hell is going on lately? Everybody who used to call me Jake is now calling me Jacob, and vice versa. I don't mind either, but it's so freaking weird when someone calls you one for the longest time then switches. |

Problem with the trackpad thermal sensor. It s up, and even when my Powerbook is at normal temperature, it will go, "OH , THIS BABY IS AT 100 TO 200 DEGREES! WE'D BETTER AUTOMATICALLY PUT IT TO SLEEP BEFORE IT FRIES!"
So, I can't go without two minutes of it going to sleep. Sometimes I can get it back just by hitting a couple of keys, others I have to restart it. It's a hardware issue but I'm outside of my Mac warranty now. Apparently someone managed to get the problem fixed by installing Leopard, which I'm going to try tomorrow after somehow transferring my data over to my desktop HD without my laptop falling asleep.
I dunno what to do if Leopard doesn't work. :( |
