I remember that one, from memory I was lurking, but never actually got around to posting in it. What's happened to all the good Catholics & Christians, where are our Mormon friends? What has become of the good Muslims, Jehovahs Witnesses, and where are the Scientologists. Where have the Buddhists and Hindus got to, and where on earth are the Deists and the Sikhs? Why have they forsaken us?
This sucks, I'm getting frustrated at the lack of decent religious threads of late. :(

I do post on another politics forum (which is better than this one cos where this one is usually more emtional, that one is more 'academic')
I like this one cos most people here have opposite views to me on most things so it makes it a lot more interesting when discussing certain topics
I love trance (think I prefer UK Hard Trance) and post occasionally on the General Forum (tho I've only been here a short time so could all change!)
Oh yea, I think Israel should back out of the occupied territories as it is this that is the cause for every single one of the worlds problems today. :p :D |

Actually I have a different theory. Since many of us are engineers, perhaps EE, we hate France because we've had to deal with constant bull from French scientists and mathematicians. God, I'd be so much happier if Poisson, Fourier, Laplace, De'Broglie, Savart, Descartes, Coulomb, Biot, Thévenin, and Parseval had just never existed. Yea I agree, aside form the French view (who cares about that anyway) we have about almost every angle on every issue here repersented. It's really amazing when you realize this is a trance site.
And it does make things more interesting, although sometimes I think you are trying to make things more 'interesting' on purpose:p
