ehm...like the others said, you can't keep expecting evolution from one man forever.

Tiesto was my first love in electronic music too, but you can't keep depending on one producer for your whole musical life. Try exploring the genre, and hopefully you'll find that many producers that had their big break in the early 90's are not as good today. Tolerate it.

All the big djs have been around since the start, Tiesto & Armin are the first big name djs to have broken into that elite & they play the most popular and accessible music in the world today. They wont be going anywhere unless they give it up.

of course top djs are rated by popularity as a DJ and not really producer...

Dj Tiesto is a good dudeee yoooo

I like love comes again and um tiesto only produced it while armin actaully played it in a set :eyes:
Ste
he is better now than he was in 2002. in 2002 he played dull tunes galore.

I am in shock that nobody flamed you (dont worry im not gunna) people should have their own opinions.

I personally believe that while tiesto is a great DJ and totally gets into his music, Im not sure that he puts on that great of a show to deserve #1, in fact im not sure why most of these trance DJs deserve #1-5 is it because they find good tracks? When I saw corsten here a month ago, I saw him trainwreck like 8 times. Ive also seen tiesto wreck, they dont have insane skills at mixing, they do have good timing and know when to bring what up and read the crowd...they also create great remixes and origonals. But I dont know, I would just expect somone with more "skill" to be #1 like..Carl Cox definately deserves it. That guy can rock tha in house. (I do love trance more than any other kind of music, I produce it and spin it and know that it doesn't take all that much mixing skill...It does take good timing and an ear for key...there is a lot of waiting, and not all that much mixing. Listen to any tiesto mix CD and tell me he does a 2-4 minute mix (like 2 tracks layered for 2-4 minutes continually)..ever? Has he ever spun on more than 2 tables? Anyway, anyone who can provide insight into this mystery would be very helpful. And i know im going to get flamed *puts up flame shield*.
