I just saw that new version yesterday. I think it was the continuation of Armada. Cool animation like Zoids but the storyline and dialogue are still horrible. Wouldn't watch it again.

nononono

armada is also there but this is jsut TRANSFORMERS - ROBOTS IN DISGUISE or something

Busted out some old tapes of Saturday morning cartoons. Not only were the cartoons better, but there was only THREE commercials between breaks!

I remember watching thunder cats, but a lot of ninja turtles as well, heh.. good memories indeed. I still have most of the old ninja turtles series taped.

Cartoons nowadays have to deal with kids' low attention spans so everything is quick and doesn't have any depth to it..

... or maybe I'm just talkin' outta my ass... but 80's cartoons rocked.

I think that Transformers game looks like a rental, not a buy

but for some reason, it made me think of the SNES micro machines game...that was a fun game

actually there may be some truth to that. In the 80's, there were no internet and also video games were nothing like they are now so us kids then had less options to be entertained.

Cartoons back then had way more substance, so yeah there will never be another period where cartoons were so great. Kinda sad when you think about it.
