| gangstarr is mtv style. you gotta remember, hes been around since the 80's. hes been on much music mtv and all that crap. hes one of the few that are still good though, and havent really 'sold out' like mobb deep. all they talk about now is dancin in the club with money :p |

gang starr is guru (mc) and dj premier, and they are kinda oldschool. and i've only seen em on rapcity... maybe mtv plays em in US or something but calling them "mtv crap" aint really what i would do
and yes mobb deep sold out but still hell on earth from '94 is a damn nice record |

no offence but biggie didnt have great wordplay he just had amazing rhythmn and amazing flo...theres a difference..also i dont ever recall biggie writing a deep tune..however he was the creator of the whole money, dressing in designer labels, yacht's, bitches, blunts and guns marketing scheme...the whole from rags to riches look was his and 2pacs... biggie had amazing flo tho..but as for wordplay he was good but hes not as good as eminem...eminem i must admit has the best wordplay out there...some say canibus has better wordplay but canibus just rhymnes large words that people never use in everyday life anyways..his whole metaphorical star trek deep six nine style is whack |
