I have her in my writing class, and she made us do one of those icebreaker things you do in UNI. So she told the students to say their name, year, major, where they are from and then she said you have to tell the class something about yourself that people coudlnt' tell by just looking at you. So i said i was a huge electronica fan...And she was like you listen to electronic? (that was verbatim)

I was like no no i listen electronica, or Electronic Dance Music: EDM. She was like i've never heard of that kind of music before. So i said i'll introduce you to it, so now i'm trying ot find some tracks that'll help me accomplish that. Of course i'll be trying to get her addicted, but we'll see about that.

AFter class i asked her maybe if she has heard of about techno she was like oh yeah i've heard of that. I told her well i listen to something of that sort, but another genre. I tried to do the whole spiel about techno and trance, but i didn't do it very well that day.

so i'm going to need some tracks that'll be easy on the new listener's ears. I'm gonna hit her up in office hours and see what i can do.

i'll keep you guys updated.

Don't burn her a CD with stuff that is too intense. Noobies react better to cheesier and popularly tested stuff.

I'd go with:
Oceanlab - Satellite (A&B Remix)
Agnelli & Nelson - Holding On To Nothing
Sarah McLachlan - Fallen (G&D Anti-Gravity Remix)
Motorcycle - ATRC
U2 - Beautiful Day (Paul Oakenfold Remix)
Coldplay - Clocks (Gabriel & Dresden Bootleg Mix)

Ah I forgot one that might work well especially if she likes DMB.

Dave Matthews Band - The Space Between (DJ Tiësto Remix)

Earlier this year I met my best friend's new girlfriend. To make a long story short, I played her this song and she fell in love. She never liked electronic up to that point, just rock, but said she could get into it after hearing The Space Between Tiesto style.

Chicane - Offshore (live rip @ palladium)

now is she a music teacher or what doe she teach.... kinda helps me understand her personality.

she is my writing prof. for my writing for humanities class. Identifies with southern women, thats why the theme of my class is the american south (fyi, everybody has to take this class and it's up to the prof. to choose the the coursework, it's all random.)

i'd say she's a milf, dunno if i can score a pic but i'll try.
