I've made my decision. The track is not from the three I had mentioned before, but is
Coast 2 Coast - Home (Original Mix)
I haven't been able to get clean vocals (if anyone has them please do say), but they're pretty well isolated in the track and can be extracted/EQ'ed quiet nicely as samples. I will get started on the remix pack by Sunday (finishing up finals at school right now, so I'm very busy).

At the moment, I don't have answers to particular questions on the contest (collaborations, does it have to be trance, all that). I haven't even found a *sponsor* who would be able to provide server space required for the contest. But I hope to have all this figured out and settled by Monday/Sunday.
