well here is what needs to be done by whoever decides to get this moving:
ground rules must be set:, things like the submission deadline, genre constrictions, allowing colabs or not, etc etc must be decided on
hosting must be provided: in the previous contest, the winner was decided by vote on a poll and the songs were all hosted by someone.. we could do this again but it might not be the best becuase if a lot of songs are submitted, people might not feel like listening to them all and just vote for the first one they hear..
remixing pack must be hosted/provided: a remix zip with the acapella and (maybe) a MIDI must be provided and hosted. |

i have a 100mb webspace I can give for the competition. I dont know how to make a web page though. So giving the space is all i can do for you

as long as it's only mp3-files it's about I can host the mp3 entrys and the remixpackage on my webserver :)
the only problem will be how to get them, I'm behind a firewall so everyone can't upload it to me always (although there's never any problems with the webserver and the firewall, that's why I can offer it :))
so if anyone can support me with a temporary ftp I'll gladly do the mainhosting for the mp3's and the remixpackage (pretty smart considering I have the pella to :)) |
