I haven't been able to get clean vocals (if anyone has them please do say), but they're pretty well isolated in the track and can be extracted/EQ'ed quiet nicely as samples. I will get started on the remix pack by Sunday (finishing up finals at school right now, so I'm very busy).

Why don't you like buy a hosting account in a few months (or when the contest is wrapping up, whenever).. such as this http://www.powweb.com/ instead of sitting around and waiting for someone to offer..

well everyone might not have the money for it just because you might have it...
I mean there's nothing in this compo for him really so I don't see why he should feel the obligation to find hosting at all :) |

Stan has taken care of picking the song and putting together a remix pack because he won the last contest.
Its not his job to buy hosting.. and to be honest TranceAddict Should probably be generous and donate a tiny little amount of space for this contest.
I hosted the last contest, im sure TA could spare the ammount required to host this thing.
And Vert.. your so fast to offer stan to buy web hosting for the contest.. why not just volunteer some space from "TranceProduction.com/" You dont have the site up yet.. what would you have to loose.. and besides im sure you would gain a fair ammount of advertising.

I nominate Tranc3, RB2K1, or Dj Thy.

Umm, the reason it's taken this long is because I haven't picked the track until now, NOT because I can't get the thing organized/started. You need a leader? What is this, a political campaign? It's a remix contest! There's no leading, just make the damn remix and submit it before the deadline. If your idea of a leader here is someone who's willing to dish out some cash for webspace so we can all have fun, I'm not about to do that. When I won the last remix comp, I was just granted the privelage privilege of PICKING the next track - it didn't bind me to any hosting or organizing obligations. I'm doing that out of my own will, and putting me on the spot for financial sponsoring is stupid of you. Hell, you want a leader, pick a leader, anyone who wants to host this thing can. I see you already got the nominees, go ahead and make a poll now won't ya? I picked the track; please, if you find someone who wants to take on the task of actually putting this together, I'll be the first one to thank you.
