Okay so who would you give the prize to?
For me it will be the all time favourite Future Shop :toothless
Nothing like people that don't know anything, don't want to help you when you need them, take 2 hours to answer the phone, chat among themselves, smell of BO and write a big sign "PDA SOFTWARES" :haha:

Bell is the absolute worst!!! You wait like an hour and then you get connected to someone with a thick accent and can barely understand wtf they're saying. Anything to do with Bell is just horrible.
I haven't had any poblems with Rogers cable or phones.
The only complaint I have about FS is the employees hounding me when I walk in. I have to say "no, I don't need any help" to like 10 diff ppl whenever I go in. |

Surprisingly my dealings with Radio Shack in Oakville have been very easy and painless, a sharp contrast to the Radio Shack in Chatham...

I'm with Sympatico - No problems here :) It's actually much better than Rogers that pools your entire neighbourhood together.
But then again I never used their Customer Service so i can't comment. |
