the bitch won't give you back your (we knew about it) and she will probably keep it. She is a stupid bitch, I mean hell even if I did not talk to someone anymore and they contacted me, I'd still give them their back. Kimmi is a true bitch and will always be on the list in my book. |

Here is the way I look at things. When someone does something ty (like slapping a girl) i go after that person INSTANTLY. they get their nose smeared to their ear. My goal: to save the woman? not necessarily. My main goal is to make it so the next time that even THINKS about hitting a woman, he pisses himself remembering what happened last time.
I do stuff to educate people. I make it so no one has to go through the aggravation of having this crap happen to them. Make her life MISERABLE because of this stuff. And hey, next time she has the opportunity to steal something, shell be like, nahhhhhhhh ive had some real pains in the ass doing this. and she wont.
Even if you lose, you will have made her life more negative, and thats the goal.
I have gotten my ass kicked before, but i know i at least ed them up pretty good too. and thats all that matters.
You dont fight for your principles and honor because youll win. You fight for them because its the right thing to do. |

dont go the legal route. You'll end up creating more of a distance between you too and both of you will be even more upset with each other. If you wanna piss someone off, sue them.
Its not a big enough amount to sue for. It looks to be about ~$100US for the stuff maybe? Damn that sucks :(

| i work at a law firm too, so let me know if you need legal advice. she is in the wrong, so SHE should be worried about getting in trouble. like orbax and i said, she is stealing your stuff, plain and simple. it's worth a shot to at least (nicely) threaten a small claims suit against her. she might realize that you have every right to do that, and get worried and give you your stuff back... |

yeah true...
john mate i wouldnt bother... i mean ive not seen her in action.. but ive heard the stories... ive lost so many things in the past from lending them to friends.... records n stuff that are worth a lot of money as far as records go and ,,, and not got them back.... its really not werth the stress... bite the bullet mate and buy them again if possible :) |
