for the scoring, i think the last scoring system will do:
- Originality/Creativity 20
- Sounds and Effects 30
> Percussion 15
> Other (Synths, bleeps, etc.) 15
- Arrangement 50
> Basic Layout/Structure 25
> Final EQ/Mastering 25
Total: 100

^ i agree, but last time around, the majority of the judges thought 40 was not enough..
this would make more sense IMO, but it's a little harder to rate (15, 25, 35... not that easy to give marks)
