Ack... The form does not seem to be working for me, I have tried it in both IE and Mozilla.
I have all the fields filled out, but it keeps saying:
Sorry, but the form was not filled out properly because of the following reasons:
You did not enter your artist name
You did not enter your track's name
You did not enter your www.tranceaddict.com username
You did not select any files
Please use your "Back" button to return to the form to correct the omissions. Thank you.
