um no thanks. why should i have to either drag my friends away to a new spot, or leave them and go by myself b/c some guys ruining the music for me
its the rights of the society over the rights of the individual. if i am dancing in a certain spot its usually b/c thats where all my friends have congregated; nice view of the dj doing his thing; and go space to move.
explain why i(and all the other annoyed ppl) should feel like we have to move because someone else is causing a disturbance?
and btw cuzo, yer right, the guy is really cool and fun to party with, UNTIL it comes to the whistle. anything else hes easy-going, funny, etc. but ask him to stop blowing the whistle and he becomes beligerent. since yer friends with him, could you ask him (and his brother) to leave the whistles at home, and then we all can be friends and join the happy loving TA family:toothless :toothless |

exactly -
and again, i'll reiterate for the third time that the clubbers are there to hear the dj and his music, NOT the whistles of a handful of other clubbers
people are free to do what they want to and enjoy their night out as they please, and i have no problem with that, but a line should be drawn when their actions infringe on the enjoyment of the other people in attendance.
And to be clear, we're generally talking about a handful of people who impact the experience of a large majority of the rest of the people in attendance |

worst analogy ever. A single house is small and insignificant next to an entire railroad system, therefore it doesn't make sense to alter the greater to benefit the lesser. Here, it's the EXACT OPPOSITE. This is ONE guy ruining it for THOUSANDS. Instead of proving you right, your analogy only proves you wrong. We're not the house, HE is. He's the one guy who expects thousands of people to go out of their way avoiding him so that he can whistle. |
