I remember my very first shroom experience.

We went and got pizza, and instead of having any interest in the food, I became one with the pizza box. I carried it for almost 2 hours with me through this huge park, feeling the significance of this box, and that it had become a part of me with its energy.

Finally I felt that the time had come for the pizza box and I to seperate; that I no longer needed it to feel whole, that I could continue on my own, and that I could handle what was to come without it.

So I let it go, and thrust it to the ground, feeling freed from its hold on me, and the people I was with all stopped, and looked at me like I was crazy for letting the pizza box go.

I was dumbfounded and highly confused, because I couldn't understand how or why my relationship with the box affected those around me. But it was powerful, and made me realize that EVERYTHING is connected, and although it seemed to be solely me and the box, it was me and everything around me.

This is when one of the guys that was with us, bent down and started chanting, and saying all these things in order to bring the energy of the pizza box back. We all followed, standing around this box with our hands reaching to it, chanting for the box to return.

I went into a different world at this time, I was looking at the box, and it stayed the same but everything else changed. I could hear the people chanting, but they were glowing balls of energy; I no longer saw them as human beings. And the trees and grass all merged into one blur of colour. Everything was euphoric.

But the box was exactly the same, in the midst of everything around me, the box stayed solid, and normal in my views, and I knew that it held no value any longer; it had lost its energy. When I came to this revolution I said "it's gone. The box is dead." And we all held our heads down, and gave it a moment of silence, and then continued our walk as if nothing had happened.

Thinking back on it has made me laugh so hard, because I can imagine if anyone was watching us, they would have thought we all had just escaped the psyche ward. But it was a very interesting learning experience, and it changed me. Just because of a pizza box.

That's absolutely hilarious.

Chanting at a pizza box.

Both of those are on my list of "drugs-to-do".

After reading Be Here Now by Ram Dass, I have been utterly enthralled with psychadelics and their effects on human conciousness. It is a good read, I suggest it to everyone.

i found mdma to be far more 'mind opening' than acid (not sure about shrooms just as yet, looking to try them sometime soon). but perphaps you might not.
i took mdma for the first time when my life was just getting better (gf broke up with me a while before, going bad at school..) and it made me see the light. i dont think i would be the same person without experiencing it. it made me remember what pure happiness was like again, after forgetting it for a long long time. i also found it made me become far more accepting of others. it definetly changed me as a person forever, in a good way for sure : )

although ive only had lsd once, i didnt really find it to be a mind expanding drug. lots of people say it is, so i guess it must be. next time ill take slightly more and i might get to that stage. :D

gl to whatever you're trying to achieve : )

Agree and disagree.....

Well I personally say try hippy flipping or candy flipping, best of both worlds and you need absolutely nothing as entertainment.

In my experience I have found lsd to make me notice things I wouldnt normally see and pay attaention to little things more, and also sometimes magnify my vision so I saw everything pixelated as if it was a picture opened in MS paint and made 200X larger.

On MDMA it strengthens my abilities. To a point where I didnt notice anything it just felt natural but people around me were like whoa how the did u do that and they werent on anything. I once pulled a lighter out of my pocket and without looking at it a flipped it up in the air, it spun, i caught it and lit it effortlessly like some sort of lighter ninja and all of this happened in seconds before I even had time to realize what was going on. Also on MDMA your senses are opened up more, and I feel that I can hear music better, like hear every single sound seperately or chose to combine them in my head.

psychedelics are for the contemplative. not for those who want to go on a "magic carpet ride". usually they are the ones who flip out when reality comes shredding away.

Ya, all the people that say your mind works in a different way or you feel like that. Of course everyone has heard of Timothy Leary, well he believed that humans have 8 sub-circuits that their mind is divided into and those fit into 2 larger "circuits" (so to speak) and he thought that humans that don't expand their mind in any way (majority of people) only use 4 of those 8 circuits, so only 1/2 of or only 1 of those 2 larger circuits.
Anyways, bad trips must suck (on hallucinogens especially) like I said before, my paranoia probably won't turn into anything good.
I had a bad experience with bud, I was at a dude's house (a friend of my friend) and he had some dro and I had like 1 big hit and a few little ones but anyways, before I knew it I was tripping out horribly, I was melting into the table and doing some kind of flips and spirals in the air and I couldn't control it, it was sickening, I hate that feeling when something is happening to your body and it doesn't feel good and you can't stop it. Pukeorama :nervous: and passing out :wtf: etc. I thought I was gonna die (not that you can die from bud but I thought it was laced) It was real bad, haven't smoked since then, but I think I will (I'm a stubborn bastard). Me and my friend call that incident "Saturday Night Fever" because it happened on a Saturday, I think it was actually hash that I had maybe dro as well, I don't know.
