| it has nothing to do with hip hop...gah so ignorant...im not even gonna get into detail but the truth is its a cycle..with a mix of alchol...ive been in a few fights..i dont consider myself a puink either...they were fights i was forced into could happen to anybody i get alot of heat from them too...cause its either u stand up for the people ur with or u let them get jumped by a bunch of guys..and if i ws in that position i would hope my friends would jump in for me so i do the same for them..and trust me ive been in the position where i was hoping some friends would help out and they stood there scared less while i wa sjumped by a gang of people..i get heat from them too from girlfriends and parents some firends...but the truth is its who i am...and this is a bit of a durnkin rant and im going to bed...im also way off topic |

again I think music makes a big difference,I can honestly tell you that 90% of the fights in my club happens when hiphop and such is being played.As soon as the dj plays some dance music(all cheese btw) most of the people leave the dance floor.You talked about protecting friends in fights,which I agree with.But check this out,isnt it funny that for example you have groups of guys in a edm club and noone bothers anybody,no attitude or such.So once I say music plays a major role when it comes to violence in clubs.I dont blame alcohol for all the fighs that happens,because once again I see the people being drunk at edm clubs and nothing happens.hipohop music has big effets on people mind specially on guys in clubs,their hormon level rises their attitude changes completlyand I know it because I seee it every time I work. |

| I hate it when people fight. I've never been in one since grade school but everyone has been in one there. Usually I just walk away if someone wants to start something. The only time someone would REALLY piss me off (and it takes a lot to do that) is if they constantly nag and heckle me for an extended period of time and to the point where I couldn't get away.) |

i have nothing against 2 guys fighting, but these days and especially in this country thats almost never the case. now the scenerio is if some guy wants to fight you, he'll either pull out a knife or a gun or he'll get 5 of his friends to gang beat you. i mean whats up with that? like i said earlier, i have nothing against 2 guys fighting if they cant settle their differences... ive been in plenty of those situations myself, and in the end (if ive gotten beat) the guy who beat me will usually help me get up and that will be that.
anyhow yes i agree, fighting in this country is useless because 99% of the time it wont be a fair fight (in the sense that it will be 1on1 and just fists)

Blmaing hip-hop is kind of lame guys.
It's the type fo crowd that hit's top40, if it's hiphop/r&b, or alt-rock and retro, it's the attitude of the people...
They are immature, and have that high-school mentality. Those kind of events are merely an extension of the highschool dance for them, but now they can get wasted inside instead of in the parkinglot.

its the top 40 joints (that mainly play hiphop since thts the top 40 crap now) which have fights.

Music doesn't make people fight but rather people who fight follow certain kinds of music!!
Generally people who follow top 40 & rap music are young with very weak personalities who belong to that herd mentality and need a sense of belonging, so they follow the crowd, dress like it , listen to the lowest common denominator music,and act like it. Their only way of differentiating themselves is by way of physical assertion.
Add alcohol , a natural depressant and cocaine, a pure stimulant, and you have insecure depressed idiots who are highly excitable, a small dose of testosterone will just do the rest!!!
As to guns and knives .....well they are the latest fashion accessories....just watch FT all the designers are showing them this year LOL......next time you are in line at Boa bitching about the security searches, just remember this thread, and the fact that all it take is one idiot and one gun to ruin everybody's fun and unfortunately there is no shortage af any of the above!!! |
