I took the MENSA test just short of two years ago. It was about five times as stressful as the SAT, in my opinion. I got a 132 on the MENSA, and a 1486 on the SAT.
Oh, and to reiterate... Internet IQ tests are garbage. |

nobody in the entire world (except the authors, of course) was ever able to crack number 9. not even andrew nierman. it was one of the three questions he missed, just like all other people who took the test. so you are all alone on that one, buddy ;) |

They norm the data to the population, so they change the test and the scoring so that there is a mean of 100. These online short versions give you a false sense of hope in your 'iq'. |
This is the man that has it right. Learned these exact facts in my psych class last semester. It's a measure of your IQ-tested intelligence (I call it this because "intelligence" has different definitions depending on which school of thought you consult) as compared to the rest of the population. |
