France play Croatia on Thursday. The question for England fans is, who do we want to win??
If Croatia win, England will have to beat Croatia in the last game just to qualify (because France are bound to beat Switzerland). If this happens it is technically possible to win the group, but Switzerland would have to draw with France(!).
If France win and England beat Switzerland, then we will lose all hope of top place but we will only need a draw to be sure of qualification.
Whilst it would be funny to see Croatia upset France, I'm afraid it would put us under less pressure if France beat Croatia. |

I was around the corner from my house along a main strech of road with about 20 odd pubs, the atmosphere just went sour in the pub I was in, next thing a bit of a ruck broke out, I finished my drink and left.
Stepped out on the street then in front of me I saw total chaos mass brawls glasses, bottles, planks of wood, road signs you name it getting launched across the street, people beating the out of each other about 10 odd riot vans turned up and knows how many cop cars. Watched it all unfold for a couple of minutes getting ready to chin the nearest little prick who got to close, then went home to ring my friend as she lives in flat by one of the pubs most the trouble was breaking out at and I was worried about her.
Chatted to a few people the next day supposidly in one of the pubs they were nicking plasma screens and some twats used them as weapons there is still patches of dried up blood everywhere.
At the end of the day it always happens with big matches, most of the people who kick off are just wannabe hooligans or people who have had too much to drink. |

| It's a good job it wasn't on a Friday or Saturday night otherwise all the jumped up pricks would have been out in force and even more pissed. No trouble in the bar I was in. |

idiots.
What do they expect to gain by smashing things up. Complete and utter arseholes. There was apparently a load of trouble in bournemouth as well, I just don't see the need for it. |

WOW. I watched that game.
Very exciting to watch English meltdown at the end of the game, even though I thought England was gonna win the game (before the game started). |

best team in south america...Colombia |
Yeah, right... let's see: in the South American preliminaires for the WC2006 Brazil's is the leading team followed closely by Argentina while Colombia has the 2nd worst results (Bolivia having just one less point). AND:
FIFA COCA-COLA WORLD RANKING
1. Brazil
2. France
5. Argentina
13. England
37. Colombia
Behind Korea, Japan, Morocco (fastmp3's squad) and Senegal.
And finally, Colombia lost the last match against Brazil ;) |

| The FIFA rankings are ridiculous. they're almost as bad as the World Golf Rankings. |
