Cor was using Denon at Viva. |
Everyone I know who has played on them says they are horrible to work with. |

| I actually got to use the technics the other day..... much better than I thought they would be. Only got to play with one for a few minutes but I really liked the way it responded. I never thought I would say it from the other reviews I have heard but technics are my top pick for a cd deck.:D |

| Thats one the of first good reviews I've heard about them. I really should go try one out before I decide. |

| I've played on all kinds of cd decks except the technics, and i would say denon are probably the best ones so far, pioneers are overpriced imo. |

That's not a bad deal for the 800's, they're $975/each (New) @ Long-Mcquade. |
$975 each... you can order them from states for a lot cheaper then that.
Here's a link http://www.123dj.com/openbox/cdj800.html and they ship to Canada! |

Wow...with the current exchange rate you are looking at 600-650$. Thats a great price....
The only thing is shipping is expensive as hell. Not to mention the brokerage fee and taxes at the border. I have all my buddies order stuff and get it sent to my adress at school...then i bring it when i come home and its free:toothless |

I used the technics as well and found the exact opposite. There is a noticeable drag when starting a track, just like a belt driven turntable. Check out the numark CDX as well, it's got a vinyl platter and responds instantly. |

Numarks are kick ass too but not sure how accurate the feel of vynil into digital would be. |
