Meh, that's okay...but I'll take the 105,000 that pack Ohio Statium every football Saturday for some good old American Football. Now that's something everyone should witness. 100,000+ screaming because someone just got the sh*t knocked out of them.

Ahh good ol' American Football honored by some 100,000+ screaming red-necks. F00king awesome. Where else can you see 250lb+ athletes pound the out of each other over a ball less than 1lb in weight. THIS IS REAL FOOTBALL not that "can't touch the ball but kick it everywhere for hours and score a few points" nonsense. Sorry for all you soccer fans that miss out on the real sport of man. The only thing that comes close is Rugby. World Cup hah. Super Bowl yes indeed.

Erm... we're talking about actual football here, not American rugby ;) :D

Umm, remind me how much they use their feet in "real" American football again? Oh yeah, that's right, THEY DON'T USE THEIR FEET!!!!!!!! Apart from a few punt kicks....it shouldn't be called football.

P.S. Football (soccer) owns you all.....biggest sport in the world.

Soccer is like hockey without the ice, or checking, or fighting or physicality, and they score less...that's pretty much it. Don't get me wrong, it's great during the World Cup, but other than that...it's just not my thing. I guess just being raised here in the US, I'm used to more fast-paced action and scoring type contests like basketball and football. I think baseball probably comes the closest as far as action level, but at least there you have the individual match-up between batter and hitter to keep you awake.

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but I'm sorry, soccer just doesn't hold my attention.

And just FYI, American football did have much more action with kicking the ball..ala the drop kick. But when they changed the shape of the ball from the traditional rugby style ball to the current ball made more passing, it became almost impossible to perform a drop-kick, because the bounce is now too unpredictable...although technically it is still a legal play.
