Thanks,

This one^^^^^^^.

Also, I tried adding a release and you asked me to use the double atrist split feature... how do I do that?

I'm waiting on an answer still on that very question mate.. nothing as of yet :(

as for splitting artists, read the submission guide thats on V2.

what you need to do is where you punch in the artist name click the + button and it will bring up anothe rartist box as well as a join box

in the join box you need to put "vs." or whatever and the other artist in the 2nd artist column, read the submission guide, its all there!

Cheers,

You might want to refine that guide a bit.
If I recall correctly, it doesn't say anything about the new draft system. I saved 1 submission and it went to the draft folder instead of the pending folder. It's a bit confusing that you have to preview the draft first and only there from you can submit it.

I agree, it will be refined, I've already asked enough times, its not very clear, and the new system needs some work, but people like the above slagging it off isnt on, a lot of time and effort by the site editor, editors and me and fellow mods has been put in and far too many people have the arsehole about the new V2, they dont appreciate the amount of time it takes, things are being fixed slowly but surely (the site owner is a busy chap y'know!

Kind Regards,

Yup. That's about the only thing that bugs me in V2, everything else works great :)
MichaelBoogerd!
i could never navigate around the version 1 discogs.. the new one is just brilliant. Great work... without this website i'd be lost on what and where to find those records i need. As well as finding out just who is interested in my swaps without advertising!

one thing i've noticed is that on the old one... as an advanced member when i viewed a label or artists screen i had a green dot to say i had that vinyl...
on V2 so far i have noticed that this is very erratic - if at all.

Would be nice to get that chased up if it is a problem!

thanks

I hope that wasn't pointed at me?

Thanks for the tip on submitting... I've looked in the submission guide but it was not clear. The example I'm talkinb about is Human Movement feat. Sophie whatever her name is....

So I put it just as two artists "Human Movement" and "Sophie X". But in the join box I can still put "feat." right?

Please let me know when you find the answer to my original question. It's a good one. :D

how do i edit my pending releases that have one no-vote, but are not problem yet?i want to edit them right away and not wait for the other as above votes!
:D
i have a bunch of stuff i could list that could be imporoved IMO! just little things, nothing major! maybe i'll list them later. most are things that were better in V1 and not new stuff.
:D
anyway i apperciate everything you've done Simcut!

Just click "cancel submission". It then goes back to the Draft folder where you can edit and resubmit it :)
