Regional "Rival" Cities...

I was wondering what some of the world's "regional rivalries" are. For example, in Australia you have "Melbourne-Sidney", in Brazil you have "São Paulo-Rio De Janeiro" (even though Rio sucks so there isn't much to argue here :D), in Canada I believe you have "Vancouver-Toronto" and so on.

What are the famous rivalries from your country/state/province?

well any college in the US will have a rivalry with another. in American Footbal Ann Arbor (U of Michigan) and Columbus (Ohio State U) have likely the biggest.

then again U of Michigan also considers itself the Harvard of the West academically.

Montreal is a grimy city full of whores, easy girls and many many strip joints and angry people (I bet people are packing their bags as I mention that)

Montreal has been trying to claim they are better than Toronto for the part of a century, we all know that Toronto has the most people, Toronto is the economic engine of Canada and as much as this pains me to say this (being a habs fan) the leafs are better than my habs.

Toronto OWNS montreal

See all of Canada hates Toronto and we hate the rest of Canada. We are arrogant pricks for a reason, our city is the economic engine and the best place in Canada.
