hey ross, the real JP sounds still much better ;) .. but i've another improvement for you. try to pan the single detuned OCSs to get a wider sound..

Redownload the zip.. i took care of that filter bug.. ( i didnt feel a need to make a new release 05 for it :D )

Download: Version 04 - Updated

Good idea cyrus about the pan.. it can be implemented for sure.

Just something I did in 5 mins with two of these. Needs a lot of tuning still.. Sample Here

BUG ALERT!!

I dunno if any1 else had experienced this, but whenever my superwave
synth is idle, it gives off this distorted wide waveform sound that sounds like a plane passing by overhead. Sometimes it goes away while playing and sometimes it stays there while playing.

I'm running ASIO4ALL drivers in FLStudio4. Superwave is run as a VSTi in my FLStudio4.

Hey, eq is always an important part in making a proper supersaw.. i suppose i could add some eq parameters to be built in.. however.. it may cost on the cpu a tad but maybe ill check it out and go for it and see how it works.. then maybe it will be a version 03 addition :D

Hi Ross, great you already made some updates, but no EQ parameters yet as part of the patch parameters?? I would really love those! I hope you will still do them. Thanks!! :)

Also, I know the VSti is easy to program, but any chance you will be releasing a patch bank for it like you did for the JP8000?! Perhaps when the EQ's are implemented! Would make sense since I suppose you use EQ on almost all your patches, so then a patch would sound completely as intended. What do you think?

Cheers, Mike.

well.. just playing around with it and sounding more and more impressive as the new versions are coming...

here is my sample of airwave using the supersaw vst
http://individual.utoronto.ca/jeanl...ingsupersaw.mp3

i still think the filter could be a tiny bid smoother... also, i don't know if it's just me, but i do hear some bit of phasing with the detune....

I think this is a very solid and easy to use synth and really like to thank you for sharing this :)

Thanks
DeZmA
played around with in for some minutes and allready got a decent result out of it.. listen, don't mind the melody it's a 5 minute creation

dunno if it's mentioned here

in logic the system overloads when i increase the cutoff fader to its maximum. For some weird reason it eats all resources then as you can see here

Looking forward to the full version
Great work !!

I have the Some Problem as

A lot of the bugs that are present are bugs in synthedit itself :(

As synthedit is updated i will update this vst!

However ive been working on a supersaw ensembel for anyone who uses reaktor! The sound ive gotten is damn near amazing..

Im going to post about it soon!
