I don't want to slam anyone in particular or the whole region of "Florida breaks", but there is some stuff that put a bad taste in my mouth... like, very repetitively looped 160-bars tracks that you'll enjoy as much as grinding a cheese grater on sandpaper.

GET YOUR TASTY HOT BREAKS SETS HERE!!!

http://www.hybridized.org

all with the artists' permission, and free. Although nowadays you are seeing a LOT more breaks/house crossovers, and something even called breakhouse that would work in a house set -- albeit with more syncopation on the percussion.

Florida breaks... was someone going to name DJ Icey? He's quite the champion of that style.

Orange Project, are ya after melodic, acid, stuttery... what?... like what are some breaks you already enjoy? :D

Florida Breaks is weak water filled boring breaks that try to sound nu-skool, avoid it. If you want to talk to someone that loves it, pm PatMcGroin
