not talking about going to med school and becoming a surgeon and getting rich THAT way. there are millions of opportunities to make big bucks these days by starting your own business and investing in real estate....just a few examples. |

its time to branch out yo, get into real estate er something. Start a business, if you only do one thing in this world you are not gonna get ahead. |

How many people do you think really make it? For every wonderful success story there's the vast majority of people who end up in financial ruin. You may think that mere positive thinking can get you whatever you'd like, but I am afraid the world doesn't work like that. Not everyone can make millions. |

no, that's the way people who come here from other 3rd world countries get rich...no offense to anyone, but it's the truth. at least here in south florida, that's how it is. i work at a law firm that defends State Farm in law suits like that. all the plaintiffs don't even speak english and they are all full of ...saying they can't do ANYthing, then we get pictures of them from surveillance lifting boxes and playing sports...lol
and mdma: you're right...i looked at the pics again...probably closer to 20 mil... my best friend's dad is a yacht broker, u should see the he has in his marina....my god. enough to make you sick. some people have so much money, it's like, "hmmmm i think i'll go finance a 30 million dollar yacht today....cuz my 11 million dollar helicopter, and 40 million dollar house just aren't cuttin it".

in present day its soooo hard to find a gap in the market for any sort of entrepernerurial (sp! haha) buisness that will get you the dollar bills!
In the UK, real estate is NOT an option, as the housing market is just rising and rising and rising and its almost impossible to find buyers. Setting up buisness in industry has already been done etc
My girlfriends family, her grandfather was the director of the 2nd biggest company in the UK, which did something to do with plastic, rubber and steel, is probably only worth (she doesn't tell me :crazy: ) around 30 million, which i don't think is that much :whip:
hopefully, when i start up my cosmetic surgical practice, those boob jobs will get me a nice little yacht :cool: |

because a lot of people dream about it rather than taking action...and my only answer to your comment about not everyone can make millions, is that, it is that exact mentality that handicaps you in the first place.
people don't do their homework before opening businesses and people make hasty decsions maybe? i dunno. |
