In the UK, real estate is NOT an option, as the housing market is just rising and rising and rising and its almost impossible to find buyers. Setting up buisness in industry has already been done etc
My girlfriends family, her grandfather was the director of the 2nd biggest company in the UK, which did something to do with plastic, rubber and steel, is probably only worth (she doesn't tell me :crazy: ) around 30 million, which i don't think is that much :whip:
hopefully, when i start up my cosmetic surgical practice, those boob jobs will get me a nice little yacht :cool: |
understandable...sorry, i guess i am mainly judging from my area in america. south florida real estate is booming and it is SO easy to start up your own business down here...
i have a great idea for a small online business (that will eventually become bigger) right now...in the process of doing trademark searches and all that fun legal stuff. it's such a good idea i wish i could share it, but not yet:) |

The internet has so much $$$ to be made in it. A friend of mine makes an easy 80k a year just off the ad revenue from two websites he runs...an airplane safety site and one with pictures of planes...yeah who woulda thought... :wtf:

yup, a friend of mine is about to close on a 4 bedroom house in an upscale area of ft. lauderdale beach, and i guarantee you it will be worth about 40k more by the time he closes on it in a few months... |

This looks like a few million dollar boat, so even if you bank 250k a year by the time you 25, you still have a hard time to have this. DANZI FOUR is much smaller boat goes for 400k! Good luck, I hope you come up with something like Windows so you can get close to it! |

ok, i realize that becoming a multimillionaire by mid to late 30's isn't an "easily" attainable goal without hard work and LOTS of college education or luck (if it's old family money)...but still...making 6 figures is, in my opinion.
and you can always move to L.A. and pursue becoming a cheesy, overrated pop star or day time soap actor/actress...you don't need much talent for that...especially with all the reality tv shows these days. lol |

How come we read every week that "some American sued some company/person and won an x amount of million dollars"? This is the image most people here have about the American law (?) system.
I'm not saying these people who don't speak English are not guilty, but I believe they're just a part of the whole. It's like the "Why make money with your own effort, if you can earn money from other people's faults" motto could be aplied flawlessly. |
