yeah the dude that was doing it was fukin sick, i think it was the best i have ever seen, hopefully u come up for LOL, that nite is going to be sick, and i dont know how i am going to see all the djs i want to, i usually just stick to one room, guess i am going to have to figure some out |

oh no worries, u will get to see all the djs u want...every time i go up for an event, i jus keep moving from room to room...ahha. but i tend to stay more in the KH cuz its less crowded adn more ventilated... luckily more of the acts i wanna see are in the KH wid the exception of Mark Oliver and Sander K...hmm i guess we are all gonna have to manage our time wisely won't we...ekke :D
neways...this will be a good time as any to practice my glowstickin skills (well whatever lil i have) on the floor ahha! speakin of which, i should start practicing... oh mannnnxD cant wait... |

Okay everyone meets up in a spot in NY,then you guys all leave to Pittsburg then you meet us and Brian (hopefully I can go court issues) and then boom to Toronto. But hey if this is way to much $$$. The cars plans sounds alight to me. |

im tired and lazy but i guess i should write up somekind of reviewish thing...
it was my first time in canada and what a time it was. me and madhattared got into toronto at around 9, wandered around a bit and got some food. then for some reason i thought all u guys were staying in The Grand (the hotel next to the one everyone was in)...so we went in and walked around random floors to see if by some chance we would run into one of u guys lol. eventually we realized we had joeys # and gave him a call.
met up w/ brian, joey, sergio, vlad, amanda & jonathan in their room along with everyone else that were staying in the other rooms...got to guvernment around 11 w/ no line big thanx for the guest list. a few min after we got there they opened the guvernment and mark oliver was droppin some sick tracks (shout, beastie boys - fight for your right (junkie xl remix) etc...). at around 12:20 or so i headed into kool haus for marco, i got to say meet him and shake his hand before he went on. his set owned me sooooo hard:crazy: :crazy: he opened with automanual then went into a revised version of the great escape. other tunes i remember hearing: mudblood - flaming june 2004, marco v vs. bates - bang bang (OMFG amazing:crazy: :eyes:), c:\delete*.mp3, god child. he ended w/ katana - in silence (txitarro mix) and everyone just went insane. this was my first time seeing marco live and it was everything i had hoped for.
next astral projection came on at like 230ish w/ their "live pa". i wasnt sure if i was gonna like their performance, but they came out pretty hard and i was pleasantly suprised. after about an hour or so i think they started to get too drunk and had quite a few train wrecks and sound errors and their set just kinda went downhill from there in my opinion. i was also gettin kinda annoyed cause they played like 20-30 minutes into mike's set. it was good to hear them tho since i was pretty into psytrance a few years ago and id never heard any spun live.
mike finally came on at like 4:30 and proceeded to tear up. he dropped a bunch of classics (strange world, the legacy, universal nation) and lots of good new tunes aswell: f. massif - somebody (ferry corsten remix), passive resistance - praiseworthy tunes (hoipolloi mix), mojado - naranja (dimitri andreas vision), cohen vs. deluxe - just kick (carl cox remix), filterheadz - yimana. i knew more but cant remember them anymore, o well. it was amazing to finally hear universal nation live. then brain started a chant for turn out the lights, it seemed like everyone there joined in. it seemed like he couldnt find it on his laptop, so he pulled out the vinyl and put it on. awesome end to an amazing nite. we got to talk to mike after his set, he was a very nice guy. he said it was his first time using final scratch and hes trying to encourage people to pay for downloading songs. he also said that he would probably be in new york in october or november!:eyes: after that i think it was around 7:00 and everyone went back to guvernment but me and madhattared took off. ended up walking back to the hotel only to find out they had no open rooms. so we jumped in the car and went down the street a bit to the best western which ended up being nice cause they only charged us for half a day and we didnt have to check out til 3.
anyway, it was great meeting all u crazy crackheads and i cant wait to go back to toronto for labour of love! |

Nice review guys!!! And yes....I think we were looking at the wrong camera lol.....there were like three people taking pics of that group shot with MIKE. Oh well.....hopefully the other pics will turn up somewhere.:toothless
Edit: Just found some more pics.....I didn't see any of us in them but there are a few of the two hot blondes.:crazy:
