Near death experiences? (pg. 2)

| I used to live in a dangerous place where lots of bad things happened and I survived their for 12 years. The most noticeable time where I survived a near death was when a bunch of guys were throwing rocks the size of a golf ball against another group of people. I got caught up in the middle of it and 2 fast stones hit my head and a bunch hit my chest and below, and it lasted for 1 hour but thank god I was near my house as I rushed home and got safe early in the 1 hour annihilation. |

my most recent one. Ive gone through alcohol poisoning, drownings, bicycle accidents, mountain biking foul ups, falling off balconies, messing up flips snowboarding, knife throwing had its own special moments etc...almost fell off a cliff rock climbing. Would have fallen about 150 feet and probably bounced a few times. |

Me and my best friend (this was in Puerto Rico), we were HIGH AS !!!!!!! We had smoked ourselves completely retarded and decided to go to the mall.

So we're listening to this and anticipating the climax of the song (because it's so God damn cool!!!) And we're completely ignoring the road.
I was so into the song, and so he was that we didn't notice the red light in front of us at a 4-way intersection. It's traffic time, all these cars are all around, and out of nowhere we notice a car from the left is going to turn into our road....
You shoulda seen the look on his face when he saw us heading straight for him at 50mph!!!! We just missed him screeching our tires to break the whole way AT THE EXACT MOMENT OF THE CLIMAX (10:10min in the CD)....my body jolts back cuz i was so scared, my arms are flailing in the air, joel is screaming like a little girl, and we never stopped!
We screeched the WHOLE WAY through the intersection....
if you listen to the song, at that moment, it feels like your soul is still going with the music, even though it stops in those split seconds.....and to have that happen at the exact moment that i was high off my ass and going through that ty experience....yeah- completely enhanced my high for 2 seconds, and then it was all gone.
after we passed the light all joel could say was "i think we need to chill"

| i was parachuting, i was already on the ground when another guy above drop his backpack (yes you read it right) by accident.....600ft in the air. it landed about 5ft away from me. It sounded like a shotgun went off when it hit. that was cool! |

| i was around 7 years old. me and my parents were arriving to this popular local party. i and my mom were walking on the road and my dad suddenly pulls us off to the sidewalk. i see this van passing at a totally crazy speed. we hold there a bit freaked out, then this guy comes from the way we were heading to saying "don't even try to go down there, there's blood, arms, legs and heads everywhere". the guy in the van hit a wall where quite a bunch of people were sitting. i don't remember the exact numbers but he killed around 8 people and injured around a dozen. if it wasn't for my dad we'd be the first victims. i still have the image in my head of the car passing by us. |

I've had some, but these are the ones that come to mind right now.
One was when me and my mate went upto this hill it had a kind of cliff side to it, but we didn't climb it, instead we went this other easy way and ended up at the top of the hill but just next to the cliff drop, well the top wasn't flat and when we were coming back down, I lost my grip and started sliding down towards the edge, it was about a 50 foot drop, and about 2 feet from the edge there was this little tree stump coming out of the ground, I only just managed to hook onto it as I passed it, there was nothin else around, just grass and this stump.
One of the others was when me and my mate were really pissed and stoned, and we were walking next to this motorway (highway) and my other mate decided he just wanted to sit and get stoned, well me and my other mate didn't want to sit so we carried on walking along the road, when I got this awesome idea for a game called, Lets Dodge Cars, for the highway divider it was bushs all along the way, so me and my mate would run out into the road pissed and stoned at night, but it was busy, and we'd run and jump into the bush, well we went back and forth afew times, but at when we were back in the bush and I popped my head out the side to see if it was kinda clear to run out, as I did it, a Van/Truck (duno for sure) went past my head at 80MPH or so just missing it by about 2 inchs, I swear I felt it touch me, but dunno for sure, was very drunk.
Both these were when I was 14 and was one of those kids that were always stoned/pissed/somehow messed up/didn't care for anything, I was a good kid, not an really, but I just did some ed up .
I've also had afew close calls with climbing cliff faces. |

| Once when I was 6 my mom took me to get swimming lessons at the local YMCA. So the first day, this big,fat, humongo lady instructor decides that the only way to learn how to swim was to jump in and start. So the bitch pushes me in at 6 feet, my ass sank right to the bottom. Luckily my mom had just returned and jumped in and saved me. I didn't die but my mom was close to beating the instructor to death (thanx mom!). I have choked a few couple times, one time my aunt gave me the Heimlich and another I gave my self the himelich and it came up. I also stuck a paper clip in an electrical socket when I was a little kid, luckily nothing happened and I am still around to share my near- death experiences. |

lol you stuck a paper clip in the socket too? hahaha i was young and stupid but curious and i did that too...let's just say you receive the 'shock' (excuse the pun) of your life -_- |
