My 1995 Acura Integra GS-R (pg. 3)

thanks for the comments everyone. just to clear a few things:

1) i never said this car is fast. it is a nice quick car but its definitely not fast. at least not yet. ;)

i ran 15.262 @ 91.38 mph in the 1/4 mile earlier this year. i plan on staying all motor instead of using turbo or superchargers. i hope to hit somewhere in the mid 13's at the minimum and still be able to use this as a grocery getter. that is my goal.

2) i will be rebuilding the entire motor some time in the future but its going to be impossible for me to do it any time soon as it will cost me upwards of $7000 and more to do it. i don't have that much money.

3) i chose the wing because it is a matching piece to the rest of the mugen body kit and of course i like it. i wish i didn't get a fake one though. :(

4) the spoon header is not shown in the pictures but i do have it. :p

BAM, hell yea.

I wanna disconnect my power steering, I hear it iwll up my quarter mile by .03 secs. Thats so much better than having the ease of turning.......

*My buddy did that, and that was the only thing he did to his honda......I laughed for long time at him.

Heres what annoys people about Hondas:

Kids dump 18 grand into the damn things, after an 8-12k purchase, when they could have gotten a car that already went that fast and had some luxury and handling to it.

Comes down to Honda people seem to have no concept of the future, and that they should just make payments on a nice car they will actually still be driving around in the next few years. Id be amazingly embarassed if I was going to lunch with my boss and pulled up in that, or had to take him for a ride in it.

Audis, wrxs, SVTs, bmws, mercedes, etc. Tons of cars out there that are classy, sporty, cost the same and have better internals and interiors.

And if you dont have a steady job to make payments every month on a car, why would you spend what little chunks of cash you scrap together on mods, ESPECIALLY cosmetic ones?

The future is for the weak.

I am assuming they do it to see how much faster they can make it. so they start off at X, then they can say I bought these mods and did this so it got down to Y.

The thing I notice with takes away from that in my eyes is that everyone does the same things....they buy mods from different places n such. To me home made mods would be the way to go. the ol dryer duct supercharger line is my fav. :wtf:

if thats the goal, get a tricycle and see what you can do with it. Youll end up screwing yourself less cash-wise.

Is the engine shot an old picture? I saw you have a Spoon 4-2-1 header listed in the mod list, but I see you have the heat shield for the stock exhaust manifold on in the picture still.

Why'd you go with the 4-2-1 vs. the ITR 4-1 header?

4-2-1 = better exhaust flow and less turbulance.

I know that already, but he's running a test pipe also which helps out the top end. The JDM ITR 4-1 header would work better for the top end I'd think. What size is the collector on the Spoon 4-2-1?
